Mmmmm ... Squid ink.
A few of the folks from Recommenders 06 went out to dinner tonight. We had this multi-course extravaganza which included this dish:
It's pepper stuffed with squid, covered by the squid ink. It's the ugliest dish I've every seen, but it tasted so good.
