My favorite Valentine's day song is Emerson, Lake and Palmer's When The Apple Blossoms Bloom In The Windmills Of Your Mind I'll Be Your Valentine - It is, of course, an instrumental - I mainly like it for its gratuitously long title - great for testing to make sure that all of your database tables are sized properly.
