This is an open source speech recognition system developed completely
in Java. It is the result of a collaboration between the folks at
Carnegie-Mellon, Mitsubshi and Sun Microsystems. We are getting close
to our first 'alpha' release. Of course, if you are very eager you can
just grab the source from the CVS repository.
